Any violation of this policy could result in your account being terminated immediately, with no refund issued.

9. Intellectual Property & Copyright

As a service provider, DeIPTV does not host, store, or produce any content. We enable access to existing internet streams. It is the User's duty to avoid copyright infringement in their jurisdiction.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

"As is" is how the Service is presented, without any guarantees. We do not promise 100% uptime or permanent availability of all channels. DeIPTV cannot be held responsible for any damages, including direct, indirect, or consequential ones, that may occur from using or being unable to use the Service.

11. Termination
